Exchanges To Gniezno

Hello everybody! This is gonna be short cause I have about 5 minutes!!

This week we had the sisters from Gdańsk over for exchanges. I was with Sister Memmott the whole day, and we got to take a train to Gniezno to visit a less active member. This member is so sweet. Super, super sassy and loves to tease, but really it's just a shell. She's so sweet and lovable on the inside. So that was a really good meeting.

After we got back from Gniezno (which, incidentally, was the first capital of Poland 1000 years ago) we went and got Kebab from Kraszkebab. I was sorely disappointed with their lack of food sanitation, but it made my kebab more authentic, and it was still delicious.

Heading back from the kebab place to the chapel, we did some contacting and gave a cool guy a Book of Mormon. This all happened because I saw a really pretty mural on a building I had seen before and decided we should go back a different way to the chapel.

I didn't get lost with Sis Memmott in Poznań!

We've been getting a lot of new people at English lately, which has been so much fun. I just love teaching the class. It's like playing games the whole time.

Church on Sunday was great. Sis Baldwin and I did a musical number in sacrament meeting, and a member (he is in the army and will be here another 2 or 3 months) gave a really powerful testimony. His name is Brother Martin, and he is so cool to talk to. We also had a few other new people from the militarythere, which was cool.

One night Sis Baldwin and I were waiting to cross a crosswalk, and right next to us was a guy standing on one of those cool one-wheel thingies that goes. Good description, I know. But we made eye contact and were like "That is so cool" in our expressions. And he looked so pleased with himself. We had just made his night.

Love you all!
