Czesc, wszystkich! This week was wonderful. Last Monday we met with a referral, and she is so cute. She's about our age, and we're really excited to start working with her.
On Saturday we had our last zone conference with the Tureks in Wroclaw (before they finish their service as mission president/mission president's wife). So sad. The Tureks have truly been so inspirational and we're all definitely going to miss them. President Turek was bearing his testimony, and he said "People have asked me if I'm trunky." (trunky means homesick or ready to be done with the mission). He went on to explain how he is trunky for his heavenly home, and how secretly all of us are longing for our home with God in heaven. It was really beautiful and inspiring.
What's funny was that before the zone conference started, I could see all the elders gawking at something out the window. I looked out too, and there, displayed in their full splendor, were 20 or 30 sleek, shiny, fancy cars. The elders were all gazing so longingly at them.
We love our babcia friend. We met with her a few days ago and decided to watch a conference talk together. It was about 15 minutes long. About 9 minutes into the talk, Sister Jenkins kind of motioned to me, and I looked up at our babcia. Who was snoring softly. Haha, so great.
On Thursday we went to this little rural town to deliver a Book of Mormon. We had to ride a train for about 40 minutes and get off and walk about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we got off one train stop too late, but on the bright side, we were right next to this gorgeous lake full of swans. AND. I could see MOUNTAINS. Wow. I miss mountains. And there were chickens and horses and ducks, which I have not seen in so long. So that was pretty fun. The lady we were visiting wasn't there, but we talked to her father-in-law for a while and had a great conversation. It was so nice and peaceful.
Yesterday my MTC teacher, Sister Einfeldt was at church! It was so much fun! She was such a wonderful influence on all of us missionaries at the Missionary Training Center, and it was so cool to see her again!
Today for P day we went to see a castle in Pszczyna. It was beautiful. But I don't think I could live in a castle with all that fancy stuff. I'd probably accidentally knock down the 200-year-old Oriental vases and spill hot chocolate on the silk-embroidered sofa. It was fun to see the fancy stuff, though.

2. Some sort of fancy car. I have no idea what it is.
3.The elders gazing at the cars. I didn't get a picture of the front because I thought they probably wouldn't like it if I took a picture of them while they were crying.
