Drumroll.......

Hi family!!! I have some exciting news for y'all! The guy Sister Harmon and I met on the street a couple of months ago, Karol, is getting baptised this Saturday! He is literally so prepared. Please all pray that everything will go well, because he is the best, and he just drinks up the Gospel. We know Satan is gonna be working hard, though, because he doesn't want people to be happy and progress. It's gonna be the first baptism in Kato since spring 2018, so I think it will be really encouraging for our little branch.

On Thursday we had interviews with President Turek, which were so good. President Turek is so motivating, and I always feel so inspired to work harder after them. His time as mission president is coming to an end, soon, which is really sad. But I'm looking forward to meeting President Chandler as well.

Yesterday we went to Bytom and met with a lady who is interested in the Gospel. And let me tell you, I don't think even the missionaries in Utah get treated nicer than she treated us. She just gave us such big hugs when we first met and listened so intently to our message. And after we finished and were getting ready to leave, she said "Wait! I have dinner for you!" And she was just so bubbly and happy.

President Turek challenged us to do 2 hours of finding every day (contacting on the streets, tracting). And it has been so good. A few days ago we spent like 2 and a half hours at Park Śląski, talking to people on benches and swatting away mosquitoes. Basically, his challenge has given me something to work towards and helped me see every moment as an opportunity to share the Gospel.

Today we went to Częstachowa and went to a famous cathedral there. It was beautiful.

I love being a missionary! I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is God's church on earth today. And it makes me so happy to be able to share this happy news with everyone!

Love,
